Custom Freeze Drying

Custom freeze drying for $1.25/lb + packaging for a standard 24-30 hour batch, 20-25 lb capacity for most fruits and vegetables per batch, although smaller quantities are also possible. You may store your finished product in glass sealed jars or we offer packaging in quality mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. High moisture products like broths and soups will require extra dry time.
